Priotorise RGV in report shipping condition schema

Hello,

I have question regarding report shipping automatic report generation.

I need to maintain multiple RGV(based on different report category) in report shipping condition schema 4 based on priority in SPRO.

for example :

RGV SDS_US for MSDS report category

RGV SDS_US for IBD_MSDS report category

Is this possible through configuration to set up priority of RGV for a particular report category ? or i shall go for customizing user exit ? Or is this possible to use condition schema 3 for giving RGV more priority? I could not find much about condition schema 3 on google so not sure if this should work.

Any help is highly appreciated.

your topic is not 100% clear. I assume the following

a.) some times you have prepared on "spec level" a "Inbound document"

b.) some times you have prepared a normal WWI report

Depending on case: you would like to distribute SDS

This is now the bad story. With customizing you cannot achieve this. And you need to look as well in future. So you need to prepare ABAP coding.

Using ABAP coding you can achieve this. But it would need a "booklet" to describe pitfalls and how you have to prepare ABAP code
