Printing GLM labels via AVD

We are trying to help external warehouses print our labels via GLM. Their printers access our system via Azure Virtual Desktop now, and we have not been able to get labels to print since changing over from Citrix. Are there any tricks to using AVD to print labels from WWI/GLM?

We are currently trying to install the LTP tool, but we're not sure if it works with AVD.

Hi Brenda,

In a normal set-up printing for GLM takes place from the WWI generation server or via WWI -> SAP spooler.
You need to ensure that the printer in the 3rd party warehouse is connected and can be reached from the WWI Servers or SAP Spooler....

LPT (Label Print Tool) should work on any PC - but you need WWI installed on the PC as well.
