My goal is to create a daily maintenance order that is automatically sent to MII daily. The orders are already being created daily in SAP. I can view these maintenance orders in transaction code: IP24. I was told by my boss that there is a way to automatically send the maintenance orders to MII so the maintenance crew on the floor can do the daily maintenance and they can close it when the work is complete. My problem right now is the maintenance orders are not automatically being sent to MII. We can manually release the orders in IW38 but the orders will not show up in MII until the next day. I did some research and came across a thread. On the thread they were saying to go to transaction OIOA, select order type PM02, click on details, and make sure the check box 'release immediately' is ticked. Here is the link to the thread:

I currently do not have access to this transaction. My question is, does anyone know if the check box is not ticked will this be the problem why the maintenance orders are not automatically being sent to MII? Or is there a different reason why the maintenance orders are not automatically being sent to MII?
