Prevent blocked suppliers to submit bid response in supplier discovery

Hi Ariba Experts, 

Just wanted to check with you on Supplier business network standard working model for blocked vendor.

Our scenario is, we have blocked a particular supplier and expected them not to submit the bid response for our public sourcing event from Ariba. But we have heard that we cannot do any enhancement in supplier discovery. So how do we handle this scenario. Any workarounds for stopping blocked supplier to submit the bids for the event. Kindly help with your expertise.
