Pressing dashboard toolbar buttons give a blank page

Hi.

We have just installed PPM 5.0 (SP08) and use NWBC as UI.  

When navigating (with the pre-delivered navigation role SAP_BPR_PPM) Project Management > Overview > Projects there are a number of buttons available in the dashboard toolbar.  

Some work fine (Export, Open project, Create, Compare) but others (Import Project, Export Project, Search, Vacant Roles) result in a blank page.

Any ideas on why the last one´s result in a blank page?

Hi,

did you maintain the system aliases SAP_cProjects and SAP_RPM ?

Hi Florian.

Yes - we had maintained these RFC users but as it turned out not correctly.  After updating them we are now able to use the buttons that did not work before.

Hi,

I believe you are missing with some basic project management roles. Please check and let us know if you still have problem with roles assigned with the user.

Thanks for the feedback. 

The system behaviour is the same with std basic cProject roles like SAP_CPR_USER assigned so it ought to be something else though..
