Prerequisites for W&R Configuration

Hi dear all!

I can´t find the   "Building Block Prerequisites Matrix for Environment, Health, and Safety Management" document wich is mentioned in 855_ERP605_BB_ConfigGuide_EN_US.

Any one could help with this, please?

Hi Eliana and Dhinesh,

You need to setup waste management master data details certain building blocks. then only you can run transaction without any error.

check your DVD,if it is not available in DVD, start download below mention link.

https://websmp209.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000335192012E/   you should have SAP Market Place User-ID and Passwd

FYI,

Select EHP5 and above version and Download INST_FILES_US_BP_ERP605VA.ZIP FILES.

Once Download completed, Extract zip file you will get all Building Block Prerequisites documentation for Environment, Health, and Safety Management.as per C.B told start your customizing set up using the this documentation.

Dear Eliana,

To setup waste management with SAP Best practices there are certain building blocks which must be configured in the system. As C.B mentioned, it is not available anywhere except the DVD. guess, I am right. I have something to share with you regarding the building blocks.The matrix i found was available from some source which i am not sure. Check this image which may give you some clue.

Further in the best practices document, you may find some config which may ask u to refer the document such as

1. Refer to the following file for details of the master data required: SMB18_WAA11_O019_Q55_855.TXT. for the activity Create disposal channel.

This file is found no where. In case you find it, please share

Dear Eliana

according to document you will get that only by "DVD" and not "online" etc.. I did not check that on marketplace or other places.

May be you should start your customizing set up using the documenation and if you must stop (because prerequisite is not fulfilled) you need to think about: what is missing? In most cases this might be related to set up of SAP EHS BD or SAP EHS SAF (and clearly SAP MM processes).
