PPPI Resource with or without multiple Labor ?

I have a resource which runs for 60 hrs to make 1000 pcs. Now I need to reduce that time to say 10 hrs or 8 hrs by adding more labor. How & where can i enable this ? Master Recipe ? or Resource Master ?

Can anyone list the detailed steps ? I have created Pooled capacity of Labor. But how to assign this, if this is the way to go ? This should be dynamically controlled, not a fixed one. So Recipe is the place to do all the settings ? We are also using PPDS. I dont think PPDS controls this.

Any advice pls.
