PPM: Tasks and checklist dashboards

Hi all,

We are working with PPM 6.0.

When opening project dashboard I get to see the last projects I have been working with. The weird thing is that when using checklist item, or task dashboards, I don't get to see the last objects I have accessed.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi Anna,

You have to click on last used tasks/checklist items tab to view the last accessed elements.

Hi Ravi,

Thanks for such a quick answer. My question here is how to use the other tabs.

• Favorites: I can assign the objects to favorites, so I can see them in this tab.
• Last used: I can see the last objects I have used.
• My tasks / Project with my tasks: Can't get to fill these dashboards. I have tried assigning a business partner to a task, after assigning my user ID to this person. But still not getting any information in this tab.
