PPM project usage queries

Hi,

We are using PPM6.1 for managing our implementation projects. In this regard, can you guide me on below aspects:

  • How to link organization structure defined in PPOCE be used for creating resources in projects
  • how to test the workflow for status changes of phases,, tasks, etc..
  • How to test triggering alerts based on threshold values

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Mohammed,

You need to create employee master as Business Partners.. and then you will be able to add resources to tasks in SAP PPM.

Status changes at what level? Decision or Phases or Items?

Alerts would be custom development..
