Please,

Could you confirm if the IT PROJECT Header Based can be utilized to manage project to ButanSAP second phase? Its why we would like to use Process management, issue management, requirements management and Change Request Management.

The question is, cause we wont use Focused Build.(Management Decision)

Or please, if we have another alternative (Like It Project task based or Engagement Project) please, let me know.

We will not be using the Focusde Build project options (master and build).

In Solman7.2 (SPS14) Project Management (My Projects) I have the following Project options:

• IT Implementation Project - Task Based

• IT Project – Header Based

We intend to use the IT Project – Header Based option. The project to be created will have integration with a Phase cycle, use of ChaRM, Test Suite and Issue management.

Are we on the right track or are we going to run into problems? Could you give tips, points of attention?
