PPM Project cost booking

Hello Experts ,

I have created a portfolio item which is linked to the project templates . When I staff the resources in the project and then resouce book the hours . How do I manage the booking at the overall project level ?

Hi Abhishek,

You can navigate to the Resource Management and Staffing Dashboard - Fast Entry Screen and then select the Project [ Your user should have the Staffing Manager role assigned for this Project to appear in the FES] to launch the Staffing Overview Screen.

Here, in the Staffing Overview you can see the overall status of the resources assigned to various roles of the Project and its remaining demand.

How do I calculate or show this total hours booked by resources again project cost .
