PPM - Parallel resource assignment to a role in Initiative

Hi Experts,

Our main requirement is to trigger an initiative approval workflow to all the stakeholders (Resources) assigned to a single role called "PMO".

I could able to assign two resources to a same role called "PMO" in an initiative.

But, those both entries (resources) are not getting saved in database table.

I tried to find by entering BUPA_GUID in table ‘BUT000’ - PARTNER_GUID to get ‘PARTNER’ number but I could see only 1 Partner number.

Due to that, the system is not able to send workflow email notification to both the resources.

Kindly suggest.

have you tried FM BAPI_BUS2177_GET_DETAIL to get the details on persons assigned to Roles?
