Hi Experts,
My client is looking to define a Question and answer using F4 help in Initiative.
The system must provide a F4 search to choose an entry for the relevant Question.
e.g.
QNNR_1 = Test Questionnaire
GROUP_1 = Customer information
GP1_Q1 (Qtype as 'Single Choice' and DisplayAs 'Dropdown list') = Client Type
with Option_1 = National Defense, Option_2 = National Security
GP1_Q2 (Qtype as 'Input/Output field' and DisplayAs 'Input/Output field') without options
So, when a user selects GP1_Q1, Option_1 in Questionnaire; the system must be able to display relevant Customers from Sales & Distribution in F4 search of GP1_Q2 and user can choose a value.
Is there any such possibility of F4 in Standard or BADI?
If not above, I know we can use a custom field called as 'Customer' in initiative header (in a Tab).
But, can we include F4 search help in that Custom field?
Please suggest.

Hi Sandeep,
Questionnaires are designed with categories, questions, answer ranges, and weights assigned to answers. In standard it´s not possible to use the F4-Help in the questionnaire.

Judith

Thanks a lot Judith.
Can I consider that no such search help capability is feasible in Questionnaires?

Dear Sandeep,
The definition of a custom field with the corresponding input-possibilities are described in KBA Note 2548063.
