PPM - DFM Status Synchronization from PS to PPM

Hi Experts,

I am trying to synchronize PS project statuses to PPM Portfolio item statuses.

REL ---- REL, TECO---TECO, CLSD---CLSD, Undo TECO----REL and Undo CLSD----TECO.

I could able to achieve REL status synchronization from PS to PPM.

Also, I am able to synchronize TECO.

Can we synchronized both TECO and CLSD because there is only one relevant DFM Transaction i.e. 'Complete'?

I believe, we can synchronize both TECO and CLSD to only one 'Completed' status in PPM. Right?

I have tried all the required configuration but no success specially for "undo TECO" and "undo CLSD" statuses.

Kindly suggest. Attached config. screen shots.

Hi Sandeep,

I achieved the same by using the following Business Transaction

1) TECO - use BTAB

2) Undo TECO - use BUAA

3) CLSD - use BABS

4) for Undo CLSD - I don't remember the exact business transaction, take the help of abap resource to find out the exact business transaction and maintain the settings accordingly

It has been resolved.

I selected status "CLSD" as end status so the system was not allowing undo CLSD.

Basically, I am looking for corresponding DFM transaction to be mapped for BTAB, BABS, BUTA and BUAB in Config. "Map Project/Initiative business transaction to DFM Business Transaction".
