PPM - Deletion of Tasks in "Created-Transferred-Assigned status" in PPM

Hi Experts,

As per SAP, the deletion of tasks in "Created-Transferred-Assigned status" in PPM project is not possible or do not support by SAP.

Whereas, I could able to delete a task in both the statuses "Created-Transferred-Assigned status" and "Released-Transferred-Assigned status" but not able to delete Phase. Phase is ok.

Looks like, the tasks behaviour is somewhat depends on controlling level maintained in Controlling scenario customizing i.e. 1 in our case. Referring https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1445937

If the task deletion behaviour is ok, can we replicate/ synchronize task deletion with WBS deletion in PS?

e.g. if I delete a task in PPM project, the corresponding WBS element in PS project must be deleted automatically. Otherwise, there may be a chance of inconsistency OR user need to delete WBS (CRTD, REL) manually in PS Project.

Fyi, we used a BADI “GCC_PS_PROJECT_DATA “method “MOD_WBS_ELEMENT_DATA_C” to create corresponding WBS elements (till Level 4) in PS Automatically. For that, I maintained controlling level as '1' (NOT 4) in Controlling scenario customization; though the system is able to create WBS elements till level 4.

Hope there is no such impact of that customized solution on deletion function.
