PPM 6.1 SP09: Custom Project Number for PPM Project

Hello Everyone,

I would like to know if there is a way to apply new number range (without implementing the BAdI) to the PPM Project ?.

has there been any changes to the number range implementation in terms of BAdi and the implementation method?.

Hello Judith,

The number range for the project (DO) was configured to 00000000000000100000 - 00000000000000999999. However, the project number is being generated as '000000000000001000202018'. I am not sure where this format is coming from.

Please see the attached screenshots. Could you also tell me the difference between the number on the header data Vs. one on the Basic data?.

Your input is much appreciated.
