When ramp-up ends ?
Is it on November 30 ?

Hi,
yes, the current plam is still to exit ramp-up on 30th of November, 2010.
You can find the current date also always in SAP Note 1377104 (FAQs - SAP Portfolio and Project Management 5.0).
