power builder 12.5 license error access

Hi.

We bought power builder 12.5 licence in 2019.

I registered licence with my MAC address and IP address.

Since then, I have used well. However, yesterday, suddenly I cannot access power builder 12.5.

I tried many time to access power builder..

But still, I cannot access. Please help.
