PLM Engineering record items tab>specification status field is blank

I am trying to figure out the configuration to be able to show the Specification status on an Engineering record.  I cannot find the configuration to show this status.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

SAP Specification, has two status PLM Status, one that shows in status tab and EHS_Status one that shows up in validity tab. please try both.
