Please help with SAP MII and SQL Server 2008 Error Urgent.

Hello,

We are working with SAP MII and having the following error once we excecute some jobs that get and update information in the data base.

" Transaction was deadlocked on lock "

You can check the details in the following image below:

¿ Have anyone knows that can be happen and the posible solution for this ?
