Plant Information Catalog Admin Screen(s) Errors on 14.0 SP4 Patch 0 NW 7.3 EPH 1

Hello,
After upgrading our 14.0 MII instances to sp 4 from the previouse sp level most of the Plant information catalog admin screens are now failing with the attached error. Has anybody else encountered this issue and possibly found a solution before I open a ticket?

I see some patches for sp 4 were released yesterday. The notes don't seem to mention this specific issue but I will apply the patches and see what happens.

Hi Chritian,

It looks like the XMII sca is not deployed properly on your server.

Try deploying the XMII sca first and then the XMII_ADMIN.

It looks like some of the patch files were corrupted and they were ignored during the installation. I am kinda surprised MII continued to function at all. After downloading the files again and installing them everything is now working fine.
