Phrase Deletion

Hi

I created some phrases using CG12 and then as they were not created correctly I deleted them using CG12.

Now when I want to re-create the phrase using the same ID, I find the phrase ID is already in use although you can't see it in CG13. But I see that it is still there in ESTPH.

Is there anyway of deleting it now or making it available for use again ?
