Personal ID creation

Hi Kamal,

Thank you for your quick response. I'm very new to this(EHS) domain. when I am opening the medical service, it is asking for personal ID. where can i configure this one? in the plannig cockpit, it is showing that no person is found in this. how can I configure the same?

Hi Sekhar,

Person id in Medical service could either Employee, Applicant or External Person. You are getting the status "No person found" because you have not maintained any of these Master records.

You can create External Person using TCode CBIHT1.

Employee or Applicant master record should be created by your SAP HR.

usually personal ID is created by HCM consultants, if that doesn't exist you can create it using tcode CBIHT1, as sad by Raghunandan
