Permit to Work SAP - Manage Work Permits & Saftey Certificates

Hi Experts

I'm configuring SAP Fiori based solution of WCM- "Permit to Work".

I am assuming Work Permit as Applications and WC documents as Safety Certificates in Permit to Work solution. I did configuration of Work permits and Safety Certificates and working on below Fiori apps:

Permit to Work Overview	F7304

I have below questions, please clarify:

1) Like in classic WCM-Enhanced, we can create Work Approval or Application from Maintenance Order. Can we create Work Permit from Maintenance Order ? 

2) In Classic WCM, we can create WC documents from application. Then enter tag information in swtiching screen. But in new 'Permit to Work' solution, i need to create Safety Certificate with app-Manage Safety Certificates separately and assign safety certificates in Work Permit. I mean not able to create safety certificate from work permit.

3) In Safety Certificate for Isolations, i don't see option to enter Isolation points without master data like we have option in classic WCM.

4) If we create WC applications in SAP using GUI apps and this data don't flow to Permit to Work Overview app- F7304.
