Percentage Based Dynamic Sample Size

Hi Experts, 

I am faced with a complicated customer requirement. My searches on google have yielded no suitable result and I am posting here as a last resort. 

The Requirement: 

Stage 1 - 3 lots (Lot 1 to 3) inspected at 100% (Sample Size 100%)

Stage 2 - 3 lots (Lot 4 to 6) inspected at 50% (Sample Size 50%)

Stage 3 - 3 lots (Lot 7 to 9) inspected at 10% (Sample Size 10%)

Stage 4 - Any lots beyond this (Lot 10 and beyond) are skipped. 

Should any defect be found at this any stage, reset back to Stage 1. 

I believe the solution lay in a Dynamic Modification Rule (DMR) and a Sampling Scheme. However, there is no way to create a sampling scheme with a percentage-based sample size. 

Any suggestions on my course of action?

Hello Dextor, Unfortunately there are no directly way to handle to below cases, however, you can handle it via sampling scheme based sample size also, you can have multiple inspection plan depends on lot quantity that you can enter the inspection plan header level. So that you can have different sampling plan as you need.
