PCo OPC UA for historical data

Hi,

Has anyone used OPC UA to get historical readings in MII through PCo?

According to the OPC Foundation website "UA is THE next generation OPC standard that provides a cohesive, secure and reliable cross platform framework for access to real time and historical data and events."

So it does appear that is should work but in MII  when we create a PCo TagRetrieveQuery, then the only option in the View dropdown is "Current". I would expect at least "Interpolate" as well.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What is your data source for the historical data?

PCo 2.2 and earlier OPC UA can only query current tag values.  OPC UA Historical query, for data sources that support historical queries, is a planned feature enhancement for the upcoming release 2.3 of Plant Connectivity, which is scheduled for Ramp Up starting November 12, 2012.

Do you know what the requirements are to be be part of Ramp Up?
