PCo Critical Error

Hello,

I was working on SAP DMC and the Machine Connectivtiy with PCo and got the following Critical Error when click on any destination system:

I tried to delete the named agent but its used in destination systems. Deleting any destination system doesn't work cause the button is not active.

When I want to start the agent I get the following error:
