Overwrite the value in CL02

Hi All,

In CL02 in SAP EHS of class,

Can we edit/Overwrite the value of Number of chars and decimal place value?

How, we can do it.

Can you please help me.

Hello Vyas,

If it is Z class you can change it go-to CL02 remove the particular characteristics you want to change from class and save it , then go-to CT04 and then change the decimal point , then come CL02 and add the characteristic back , then it will work with increased decimal point.

Hi ,

SAP_EHS* classes are not editable , they suffice the business requirement normally , cause they designed in that way they cannot changeable , in worst case if it not full fulling customer requirement , there is an option to create a custom class with characteristics to fulful.

I didn't understand the length of Char value ? It means you are trying to edit the characteristic not a class ? If yes , standard characteristics also not changeable you need to create custom using CT04.
