oraganisational data transfer using PFAL

Hi,

im transfering HR data from R/3 to PLM using transaction PFAL. In transaction i slected object type as P and succesful in transfering the personal data.

but when i tried to transfer the oraganizational unit (object type U ) from PFAL its transferred to the other system PLM.

But all the positions and jobs of the organizational unit have not been transferred.

please sugggest me how to transfer the entire oraganizational unit data using PFAL.

Hi!

You must to transfer:

1. Organizational unit, obj.type = 'O'.

2. Job - 'J'.

3. Position - 'S'.

4. Person - 'P'.

You mean ,

do i need to transfer every person, job, position individually before transfering the oraganizational unit?

if i do like this, can i see the same org unit of sender in receiver system ?

Hi!

Before transferring persons you must transfer org units, jobs and positions and exactly in such order and you can do it not individually:

at first, transfer all org units,

after that all jobs

and so on...
