Options not appearing in risk tab

Dear Experts,

I have noticed something different with the standard Risk assessment screen.

When we perform the risk assessment steps in the Risk tab, the completion status of the step is hidden or missing on my screen.

The screenshot below shows that are marked in boxes do not really appear in my screen(PIC 2).

Is there any function module or business objects to activate them or How to make them appear.Kindly throw light !

Hi Dhinesh,

The answer is check your risk assessment type.

Follow this step:

1 Select review and edit information

2) Select ZEHS_RAANYMHD_01

3) In Select Risk Assessment , Select EHHSS_RAT_HEA ( Health Assessment )

4) enable and disable as per your requirement.

save and continue

Now, go and check your display,
