Hi Everyone,
I want to bring up my question related to the any group order or simultaneous routing.
I have created an any order group routing consisting of 2 operations 10 and 20 (Image2). Only after completing these 2 operations the next operation 30 starts as shown in the diagram (Image 1).
Image 1:
Image 2:
Now once I create an order or even after releasing the order, I can see only the operation 3 at resource 3 in dispatching and scheduling view as shown in Image 3. Whereas operation 10 and 20 at resource 1 and 2 respectively are not shown.
Image 3:
But at the work center POD the steps are all carried out correctly according to the routing as in Image 2.
My question is why only operation 3 is represented on the dispatching view. It would be difficult for the shop floor manager to assign the order if hes not aware of the operation 10 and 20 in the dispatching view.
Please let me know if you need any further information to understand the issue. Thanks for going through the question and your time.
With regards,
Sayuj.

Hello Sayuj,
I double checked internally and got to know that REO / Dispatching and Monitoring currently does not support Any-Order Group or a Simultaneous Group.
