Operation/phase is assigned to different component while creating Process Order

Hi

During creation of process order, operations assigned to a certain component do not match the way it is defined in Master recipe.

from the above screenshots, Material A1000100 is not at all assigned to phase 0020 and 0040 but somehow while creating process orders the phase 0020 and 0040 is getting assigned to the material.

I have checked the related tables STPO,PLPO and PLMZ and the entries are all right.

Need to know why the operation/phase are getting changed for only a component.
