Opening CFolder UI

Hi,

It might sound very naïve question, but it is my first day playing with Cfolders 4.5 (part of PPM 5) and I am not able to see UI itself. Here is what we have done so far.

1- Installed CPRXRPM 500_702 , Same server as ECC, component service pack 7

2- SU01 , added admin role SAP_CFX_ADMINISTRATOR

3- I could see Collaboration folder options in SPRO IMG, I didnu2019t touch those yet.

Started NWBC, but could not see Cfolder options here. I want to see admin console to set up 'Status Profiles', 'Folder templates' etc.

1- Is there any transaction to start Cfolders, so that I can start configurations.

2- Do I need to have any other building blocks before I will see Cfolder screen.

Hi Anand,

In PPM 5.0 also, cFolder is still BSP application. So you cannot access cFolder through NWBC as standard..

Note that in PPM 5.0, cFolder can be accessed via SAP Portal or link CFX_RFC_UI only.

Hi Amit, Thank you for prompt reply.

From SICF I tried to launch CFX_RFC_UI service. I got following error.

The following error occurred in system S15 : Exception condition "TOKEN_NOT_FOUND" raised.

The error occurred on application server sapsc011_xxx_01 and in work process 9 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

What can I do?

If the termination type is RABAX_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination in system S15 in transaction ST22.

If the termination type is ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination on the application server sapsc011_S15_01 in transaction SM21.

If the termination type is ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, you can search for further information in the trace file for the work process 9 in transaction ST11 on the application server. sapsc011_S15_01 . You may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system adminmistrator

Note 1555062 is followup to note 1515151. And after importing 1555062, SNOTE says, 'Cannot be implemented'.

'SAP Note 1515151 - Unauthorized usage of application functionality in PLM-CFO' and Its latest update note # 1572616 are not applicable for SP 7 on CPRXRPM 500_702. Looks like SAP has not yet released updated for this SP level (SAPK-50007INCPRXRPM). I might need to open SAP note to ask for update note.

Secondly, I tried manually to check XSRF protection flag in SE80 for service CFX_ARCH_UI, however it is asking for object key. I dont want to go ahead and change SAP standard object without being sure that it will work.

I am wondering, If PK-50007INCPRXRPM was released by Nov 2012, how could nobody yet asked for this note update, and looks like, without this update you can not even access Cfolders 4.5 application in PPM 5.0.

Am I missing anything?

After long follow up with SAP, they updated note 1555062 to resolve this issue.
