Off Set Maintenance Schedule for Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

Hello folks

I want to Schedule a the same maintenance task list/plan twice a year but not an equal intervals, one will be scheduled for the end of March and one will be scheduled at the end of October, as you can see there is a difference of 5 and 7 months respectively.

Doing even scheduling like every 6 months or 3 months or yearly is easy, BUT HOW do I do a call for March then October for Greenwich Mean Time(GMT)

How about two yearly plans - one for March, and one for October.
