OEE Trends Report in SAP DM

Hi Experts,

We are trying to create an OEE Trend report where we can see the trend of different OEE KPIs. We are unable to achieve this and wanted to confirm a few points-

Questions:

• We don't see any APIs for fetching real-time and historical data for OEE KPIs. How should we fetch the data related to OEE KPIs?
• Do we have Read/Write access for MDOs which we can use to create Stored Procedures? If yes, then if stored procedures are created, will it be available in SAP DM “Manage Dashboard” app under the available list of MDOs.
• Are there any alternatives to fetching data from API OR creating stored procedures in MDO to achieve an OEE Trend Report?

Any help will be of great value. Please let me know if more clarity is required on this topic.

Hello Harsh,

you can fetch the OEE relevant data via public APIs on Business Accelerator Hub, see https://api.sap.com/api/sapdmi_vishleshki/overview

There is no API on the real-time KPIs being calculated.

HANA DB Live Connection with 2408 is READ-ONLY access. There is no support for creating custom stored procedure or anything similar.

We are planning to provide an OEE MDO based on which you will be able to calculate and expose OEE trend in one of the subsequent releases for SAP Digital Manufacturing.
