OEE - Problem with capacity in work center

Hi,

When I try to start in the "Operator Dashboard/Manage Order" any operation of an order, I can’t see capacities and I can't start the operation. Does anyone know why this problem occurs? How can I solve it?

Hi,

I have solved this problem marking the check "is capacity" in node of work center on plant hierarchy.

Is it always necessary to tick this box?

Hi Alvaro,

Please check

1. if the capacities are configured in ERP for that workcenter

2. if yes, ensure capacities are downloaded and you are able to see them in workcenter capacity header table in OEE. else download workcenter and check.
