OEE POD alternative in DMC

Hi,
With 2308 DM release, I saw OEE POD showing as deprecated status, for recording downtime is there any alternative application will be available?

Also, to be able to see Availability ,Performance & Quality in Line Monitoring is it required to record downtimes?

Thank you for your interest in OEE and the Line Monitor.

You can configure the Downtime plugin into any of your PODs or create a new POD. More information can be found here: https://help.sap.com/docs/sap-digital-manufacturing/pod-designer/downtime?locale=en-US

On your second question, yes the OEE Plugins part of the Line Monitor application and especially the Availability Plugin is as based on Downtimes reported. Hello Marcel,

Two further questions I would have on this topic:

- Is there any replacement for the Availability Summary Plugin - the Resource status bar graphic element on the botton layout side of the OEE POD?

- Generally speaking, is there any brand-new replacement for the OEE POD, or it is expected that the Line Monitor covers and absorb the former OEE POD functionality and displayed information?
