OEE - Capacity Details and Shift Not available

Dear All

While opening OEE Dashboards, I am getting following errors

1. No Shift Defined for current Time
2. Global context not available; contact system administrator
3. Capacity details are not available
   

I have already transferred plant hierarchy, shifts and work centres IDocs to MII whereas workcenters are also assigned on Plant Hierarchy and shifts are maintained within CR02

Thanks for your quick response, I am able to resolve the issue , issue was with partner profile, message type LOIWCS01 was maintained instead of LOIWCS03. But now reason code are not appearing on dashboard configuration and while confirming order, screen for adding scrap, produced quantity is also not appearing.
