OEE Calculation – Performance & Quality Loss Not Captured

Dear Experts,

I need your support in completing my business scenario for OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculation in SAP DMC.

I have configured all the required master data and settings, and availability is being calculated correctly for my resources. However, I am facing issues where Performance Loss (Untagged Losses) and Quality Loss are not being captured in the OEE calculation.

🔹 Performance Loss Issue:

• I have maintained the standard rates for resources and configured the Shift Schedule (Day Shift with Scheduled Breaks), and assigned to Resource. 
• The operation was started and completed with an additional 1-hour extra time to account for untagged losses (assumed as Performance Loss), yet no values are updated in Time Loss.
  
  

🔹 Quality Loss Issue:

• I have booked quantity confirmations and recorded scrap/rejected quantities with reason codes, but no impact is seen on OEE.
• I also recorded a Non-Conformance (NC) and later scrapped the SFC, but in this case, the entire SFC was scrapped, preventing further processing.

Could you please suggest if any settings or steps might be missing in my configuration to ensure Performance Loss and Quality Loss are properly reflected in OEE?
