OEE and Line monitor POD doesnt show the KPI values

Hi,

I am using OEE POD and Line monitor POD to view the KPIs in DMC. I have completed all the prerequisites to get the KPI values as below.

In line monitor POD i get "could not fetch OEE for 1 workcenter" and the developer tools shows empty response for api/v1/oee/OEEWorkcenterKPI.

In OEE POD, i get the "unknown error occured" and in developer tools under network, I see API (dme/oee-ms/kpi/resourceKpi) is always in 500 Internal server error.

Seems like both are not a public API. Any thoughts please.

Hello Mahalakshmi,
Are you working with process order or production order ?

If you are working with production order then Asset perspective and the OEE perspective in Line monitor POD is not available for it. It is enabled for process order as of now.

Hello Mahalakshmi,

To get to the further details of the issue, will it be possible to create message on the component MFG-DM-MI-LM and share details like LM POD ID, tenant details, plant, work centers.
