We're using SAP MII 12.2 with NWDI.
In our landscape, we have a standard architecture with three MII servers:
Development -> Quality -> Production
And we used a NWDI track to transport MII projects throught the servers.
Although, there is only a shared track for all MII Projects. And it's a huge problem in a landscape with more than one project. For example, a "X" project release could inadvertently transport files from "Y" project and break a stable "Y" project version in Production server. It's impossible to manage this, because the teams which work in "X" and "Y" projects are different. And there may be several projects in different development steps!
Therefore, my questions are:
1 - How could we create one NWDI track for each MII project?
2 - Even using a only one track, is there possible to transport just one MII project throught the track instead all projects at same time?
Thanks in advance,
Alexandre Sardinha

Hello Alexandre,
It is feasible to transport projects independently from each others.
the way to do it is the following one:
- first you run the normal configuration template for the Integration of MII into NWDI.
- then you run it again in advanced mode and in deselecting creation of NWDI track for each of the projects that you want to transport independently.
Each project will then be a software component and can be transported on the same track independently.
This is a bit tricky and I would strongly advise you to have a NWDI consultant or administrator to do the tasks... and a proper backup in case.
Cheers,
Arnaud
