Hi Adhi,
Are you using MII Liscenced version or Trial Version?
Since I also faced the same issue when having the Trial version.SInce some files are missing from the server i cant do the same thing.
Use the NWCE(7.1) SP5,it was the minimum requirement.

Hi Adhi,
MII 12.1.8 requires NWCE (7.1) SP5 at a minimum. Please review the system requirements and reinstall.
