NPV , IRR and ROI Calculation doesn't match with EXCEL formula

Dear Experts,

Could you please provide details of the NPV and IRR calculation in PPM Financial Planning ? I have used Planned Cost and Planned Revenue view type as NPV item. Also the RPM_IRATE is defined in Reference Interest Rates.

Also the master switch is enabled. If it is somehow different that excel formula then I need to identify the enhancement points.

Thanks for your reply. Could you please give an example if you have ? I have gone through that link, which is not matching if I do that in excel,

Could you please confirm that the NPV, IRR calculation formula is same as standard excel formula ? I have found one class /RPM/CL_KPI_API where you can check CALCULATE_NPV and CALCULATE_IRR method.

My requirement is if it is not matching with standard NPV calculation then I may need to go to excel for calculation and put the value manually.
