Notification Related issue

Hello Sir ,

User requirement is to maintain the list of Notification type and one of them have to select and create notification for a maintenance order . PFA for you reference. We have done configuration but i am not getting the notification type in POP UP or List during creation of notification in order. Could you please help me to resolve this issue .
