Note to get Standard classes and characteristics

Is there any note to get standard classes & characteristics in PRC.

Dear Satya

I am not aware of any OSS note. The story runs in most cases as:

a.) check SAP marketplace for "master installation" etc. guide

b.) do the set up as explained int the master installaiton (check SAP marketplace !!)

If you do not have success: use OSS dialog ! to get help. ONLY SAP CAN HELP HERE
