Not able to save the Work Area in Tcode CBIH02

Hi,

I created a change number in CC01 and specification in CG02.

I went to the SAP Business work place and released the specification and in Edit Work Area screen(Tcode), I entered the change number,plant and Authorization group.In the Edit Work Area: Hit List screen,I selected a one workArea for exposure profile.

In the Edit Work Area:Exposure profile screen, I entered the Agent Type and Agent(Specification ID).While trying to save the work Area,I am getting error message as " Only Specification which REL or ITU status can be used"

Can anyone help me out with the issue.

Hello,

Why are you using change no. for creating work area at the first place? (I assume, you wish to create work area and then define exposure profile). Change nos. are used to define the validity of the work areas becuase of the change in some of the governing aspect of it.

Create work area and then define exposure profile for the agent types defined in the customizing; if everything in place then it should get saved.
