not able to open Initiative version ppm 5.0

Hello,

i have created Initiative version,save & closed the window.When i am trying to open from Initiative screen its not opening

Once the version of initiative is created and closed we cannot reopen the same version again.

I have done the necessary configuration even i am able to see link to open but its not opening
