Not able to do Mass Download in cFolders

We are facing some issue while mass downloading files.

While going for mass downloading. We are able to download the first file only.

For the remaining file a error occur. A pop-up by name "URL error occured"( The given URL is not valid) is seen.

The count of the pop-up is same as the remaining number of files.

We are using cFolders 4.0.

It seem s that apllication is not able to contact the server.

Any solutions?

Hi Pavan,

Please check Note 1136295 - Mass Download not working for More than one document.

Also check Note 931525 - Mass Upload does not work -> "The given URL is not valid"
