Not able to Display Original in S4 HANA

Hi Friends

I have issue in SAP S/4 HANA. Let me explain scenario

1. I create a ECR in FIORI app.

2. In Document Tab, I create and Link DIR by Add attachment Method

3. I click the DIR and Navigate to Display DIR

4. I double click the original.

When I try to display original, I get error as shown below.

The Error says "User Has no Authorization for Operation DISPLAY on Objet /PLM/ECR.

I check note 1797736, but its too techincal and no clear resolution. I check with Security and they said its not authorization issue.

I have configured DMS using note "1819440 - Understanding PLM WUI Documents and SAP DMS - FAQs.pdf" which has Configuration guide "PLM_WUI_DMS_ConfigGuide_EN_EHP7.pdf"

My question:-

1. Is this configuration guide is applicable for SAP S/4 HANA 1610

2. Any guidance to resolve this error.

Dear Mangesh,

A silly suggestion , just check SU53 and confirm if this is security issue. Also have a look at gateway logs for more details.
