Not able to delete a Role Function

Hi,

I am trying to delete a few "role functions" from the configuration of PPM and i get a message that "Role Function is still being used and hence deleteion is not possible". The message number is DPR_PARTICIPANT037. How do i find out where is this particular role function used?

Hi Sreekanth,

not sure if there is a standard report that points you to this. Did not find any at first glance.

You could build a quick view (or a short report) with tables

DPR_PART -> CGPL_HIERARCHY -> DPR_PROJECT

DPR_PART-GUID = CGPL_HIERARCHY-GUID

CGPL_HIERARCHY-UP = DPR_PROJECT-GUID
